I was in a 2 year old classroom yesterday and I used this skill of “Downloading Calm” more than I ever have before. I was in a class of 16 Two Year olds, so big feelings and conflict was inevitable. The conflict wasn’t bad though. Each moment of conflict was an opportunity for learning.
