#Pattan:-A new-type concrete road was inaugurated today in Pattan by MLA Javid Riyaz Beder in the presence of Executive Engineer Er. Isma Ji and the technical team of the R&B Department. R&B engineers confirmed that this advanced concrete methodology has been used for the first time in the region, restoring connectivity on a steep, previously impassable hill stretch.
